First time trying Sunflower after 10 years of passing by and friends who continuously give the kimchi fried rice excellent reviews. I ordered an omelette rice with deep fried pork chop. The side it came with was sliced potato.. not too sure what taste it was supposed to be but it was sorta weird so half stars off. The pork chop was also seasoned way too salty for my liking.. so another half star off. However, you could totally tell that they used chicken powder and tons of MSG to make the fried rice super tasty. Leaves you to be really thirsty so don't forget to order a drink! Will get another omelette rice next time. Yum!

This is my friend's "go-to" bubble tea place so I decided to give it a try after dinner in the neighbourhood. The first visit, I got a mango slush which tasted extremely uninspiring. My friend claims that they use real fruit but I suspect they are made from powder. I did revisit a second time and the results were again extremely lackluster. In a city with so many bbt options, I will never again get this bbt. They do have food options though which I may try in the future...

Not sure why this restaurant doesn't have better reviews but me and my wife love this place. We ordered Deep Fried Crispy Pork intestine, Chopped Garlic Sliced pork meat with rice, omelet with crispy fried chicken and shrimp in sweet and sour sauce. The food was good for the price you pay for. My wife did say that the Pork Intestine wasn't really fried as it was kind of soft on the outside.
We have done 2 skipthedishes orders from this restaurant already and would recommend trying their bubble tea and most of all their deep fried squid tentacle! It's not too salty or too oily like other restaurants. -

I regularly get bubble tea from this place through Skipthedishes. I found myself hungry in the area and decided to check the restaurant out.
The space is fairly small and can get loud. Didn't appear to be the cleanest place, but nothing stuck out in particular. Ambiance was lacking but I guess that's not really a huge concern for me when I go for bubble tea? Especially late at night.
Service was okay. I got the impression that the girl helping us did not want to be there. She was not rude, but not warm either. She seated us quickly, took our orders, and brought our food. Nothing terrible. I'd say if you're a frequent visitor to asian restaurants, you know what to expect.
I ordered the strawberry fresh fruit slush, lamb fried noodles with cumin, and chicken nuggets.
I looove chicken nuggets when I get bubble tea. The chicken nuggets here were decent. Not my favorite but definitely acceptable. Crispy, had a good amount of spice, no complaints.
The noodles were okay. A lot more veggies than I expected, and a little too saucy for my liking, but it was acceptable for a cheap eat.
Bubble tea is fairly standard I guess. Would have liked a little more fresh fruit but still okay. Pearls were nice and chewy.
I'll probably be back here at some point. It's not my first choice for late night bubble tea, but parking was a little easier here so I can see myself coming back now and then.
